This accreditation instrument is strictly evidence-based. Panellists must examine documents, visit facilities, and assess functionality.

Full Accreditation
Awarded where programme/institution achieves at least a Satisfactory overall rating in all Key Areas.
Interim Accreditation
Awarded where at least an Unsatisfactory overall rating is achieved in all Key Areas.
Denied Accreditation
Applied where an overall rating of Fail is attained in any Key Area.
Important Rounding Rule
For accreditation purposes, .5 shall always be rounded down to ensure fairness and encourage continuous improvement.
Example: 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 → round down to 2 (Satisfactory) | 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9 → round up to 3 (Good)
